Do not be confused if they refer to it as Orange beach, because they are both together in the same area very close to one another.
How to get there
Kavourotrypes beach is 7 km from Sarti, if you start driving from there you will have to head north, climbing the peninsula to Vourvourou and after passing Platanitsi beach, you will see on your right a sign that leads you to a dirt road, the road is a bit badly built and he needs little attention to not hit your car.
If you want to visit Kavourotrypes coming from Armenistis, Vourvourou or Nikiti, you will head south of the peninsula following the signs to Sarti.
After Camping Armenisti in a few kilometers you will see the sign on your left.
What's around there
Arriving at Kavourotripes and Orange Beach you will not find a organized beach so you should make sure to have your sun umbrella, mat or beach towel and certainly sunscreen because the sun burns and can cause burns and sunstroke.
Eating and drinking can be found in the canteens around the area, both near the beach and on the road.
Some tips
If you want to avoid the crowds and overcrowding on the beach, it is good to visit it early in the morning or in the first months of the summer or in the end of it when the visitors are not so many.
The area around the beach is really beautiful with pine trees that reach the beach, but if you do not want to sit under the pine trees, it is a good thing to have a sun umbrella with you.
On the rocky sides of the beach, it is good if you want to walk them, be careful not to hit the sea urchins, there are plenty under the water and in small slots.
