Within 300 m from the harbour and in the centre of Neos Marmaras, Dire includes a restaurant, sports/internet café and playroom for children. Its studios come with a kitchenette and enjoy free Wi-Fi.

Dire studios open out to a furnished balcony, most with views of the sea. They are fitted with a satellite TV, air conditioning, mini fridge and cooking rings. Each unit also has a private bathroom with shower.

A breakfast including 4 different menus is served each morning. Dire restaurant serves salads, all types of meat and pizza in a modernly furnished dining area with LCD TV. Drinks, coffees and fresh juices can also be enjoyed at the outdoor terrace of Dire.
